Our People.

Lance E. Blair

Lance will oversee the development of the project from start to finish.  His background includes twenty-five years of experience in commercial and residential construction with accountability for projects up to two million dollars.  Responsibilities have included total coordination and operation of construction projects including writing and processing contracts, scheduling, purchasing, estimating and maintaining owner and architect relations.  Projects have included cusomt homes and renovations, restaurants, coffee shops, schools, shopping centers, metal buildings and various zoo projects in the states of Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina and Indiana, California and New York.

Rob Woycik

Project Manager & Estimator - Rob relocated here from Woodbury, CT and has eighteen years in commercial & residential construction. His experience includes management of projects up to 7,000,000 - projects include Nonnewaug High School, Woodbury, CT, Ellis Clark Regional Agri-Science & Technology Center, Mama Teresa's Restaurant, Milford, CT and several custom homes. Rob joined our team early in 2007.

E. W. Blair

Project Manager & Estimator - Offers fifty years of experience in commercial & residential construction. Will be a large pool of wisdom from which to draw from when overcoming challenging & difficult situations. Currently overseeing West Knox Dental Associates Office.

George Swiftwater

Superintendent - Offers twenty-one years of experience in residential & commercial construction. Currently overseeing Knoxville Zoo Red Panda Exhibit.

Vanessa A. Blair

Office Manager & Accounting - Vanessa offers twenty years experience in various fields of commercial & residential construction. Will be responsible for overall accounting functions, including month end billing preparation, job cost analysis, payroll, taxes and insurance.

Sherry Kean

Receptionist & Accounts Payable - Sherry relocated from Menifee, CA. Will be responsible for general office organization, paperwork and accounts payable. Sherry also joined our team early in 2007.
